Adam is dedicated to enabling more people to change their lives through entrepreneurship by reducing the barriers to entry for first-time entrepreneurs.

Adam has deep experience with commercializing university intellectual property into promising startups. While Chief of Staff of the MIT Entrepreneurship Center, Adam created MIT's Corporate Innovation Program. The program brought together the most forward-thinking Fortune 500 companies through an MIT developed curriculum to foster intrapreneurship and inform their corporate venture capital projects.

During his time at the NYU Entrepreneurial Institute, Adam created the university's first dedicated and cross-college collaborative workspace for entrepreneurs. The Leslie Entrepreneurs Lab has become a hub for all faculty and student entrepreneurs.

Adam Cragg was a Founding Partner of Quake Capital, a seed-stage investor and accelerator. In 2018, it made Forbes' list of the top ten VCs globally and CrunchBase's as the #2 investor in female-founded startups. He is currently a Partner with Osney Capital, a venture fund focused on addressing the operational risks of their startups.
